Michaela Evanow writes and dances from the belief that moving full bellied grief leads to full bodied joy + awe.
Michaela facilitates embodied conscious dance in Victoria, BC and has been practicing and attending 5 Rhythms intensives for four years.
She currently works as Parent Faculty with Canuck Place Children’s Hospice, teaching clinicians how to hold heart-centeric, grief informed Serious Illness conversations with parents.
She is available as a guest writer and speaker.
Meditations on the medicine of tending grief, living life after great loss & noticing the tiny, precious things that make up our lives. Deep feelers welcome.
